SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - North Dakota State senior Eric Stroh claimed first place in the 1,500 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on Saturday, May 7.
Stroh's winning time was 3 minutes 49.53 seconds, which is fifth on the school's all-time performance charts. His time is also a personal best by almost seven seconds. Stroh came in four-tenths of a second ahead of second place finisher Travis Beniak of Augustana.
Stroh and the Bison next compete in The Summit League Championships May 12-14 in Sioux Falls. NDSU will be aiming for its second straight league title and third in four years.
