The Motion Analysis & Integrative Neurophysiology (MAIN) Lab at the University of Toledo is inviting boys and girls (ages 9-17) who participate in cross-country to participate in an online research study investigating the association between sport specialization, injury history, and quality of life measures in youth runners. Participation in this study involves: • A one-time online survey related to running participation, quality of life, sleep quality, and injury history that will take about 15 minutes to complete.
