The Lyles Brothers Sign With Florida: "No National Record is Safe"
Twin brothers Noah and Josephus Lyles of Virginia's TC Williams--two of the best sprinters in the country--became Gators on Wednesday. As for the rest of their high school careers, they had this to say (it was mostly Josephus at this point, but Noah piped in occasionally):
"No national record is safe. I don't care if it's in the relay, if it's in the hundred, four hundred--no national relay is safe. That 3:07, that 39.7, no national record is safe. 44.6--it's gone. Ten flat? It's not even a thought."
