Jackson Cracks All-Time Top Ten in 400 at Beach Invitational

NORWALK, Calif. - North Dakota State sophomore Kevin Jackson finished second in the 400 meters in a personal best time of 47.66 at the Beach Invitational on Saturday, April 17.  His time is sixth on the NDSU all-time performance charts.

Freshman Matt Tetzlaff placed eighth in both the 110 hurdles and the 400 hurdles.  He posted a time of 14.65 in the 100 hurdles and 54.04 in the 400 hurdles.

In the high jump, sophomore Jeramy Geditz tied for third after clearing 6-7 1/2.  Sophomores Joe Bredahl and Nolan Berg tied for eighth in the pole vault with a mark of 15-2 1/4.

Junior Eric Stroh was fifth in the 800 with a time of 1:51.48.  The 4x400 relay team of junior Doug Scott, Jackson, sophomore Jason Duchscherer and freshman Lee Dhein came in seventh in 42.25.  Scott also came in seventh in the long jump with a mark of 23-0 1/2.

NDSU will be back in action April 23-24 at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa.
