FARGO, N.D. - The North Dakota State women's cross country team will travel to Falcon Heights, Minn. for the Oz Memorial Run hosted by the University of Minnesota on Friday, Sept. 10.  The six-kilometer race will begin at 5 p.m. at Les Bolstad Golf Course.

The Bison will compete against No. 21 Minnesota, Summit League foe South Dakota State, South Dakota, Drake and Minnesota State.  Minnesota has claimed five straight Oz Memorial titles.

Last year, NDSU finished third out of five teams at the Oz Memorial Run.  Amy Jo Thorne led the Bison with a 16th place finish.

LAST WEEKEND

On Friday, Sept. 3, the Bison claimed the NDSU Open title.  Thorne took first in the 5k race and the Bison took seven of the top eight places.
