With the MSHSL Outdoor Track & Field season coming up, what is some advice you would offer new athletes and returning ones?

Some advice i would offer to the MSHSL athletes competing in the Outdoor Track and Field season would be to stay consistent and to never give up on yourself even when you think it's getting hard. Staying positive everyday can help you achieve your goals. Covid-19 has changed everyone's season don't let it set you back make it be your come back.
